About the role

Pipewise Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team in Mornington, Victoria. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work on a diverse range of plumbing projects across residential and commercial properties. You will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality plumbing services to our valued clients, utilising your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to ensure every project is completed to the highest standard. This role is integral to maintaining Pipewise Australia's reputation for excellence in the plumbing industry.

What you'll be doing

• Installing new plumbing systems, fixtures and fittings in accordance with building codes and industry standards

• Reading and interpreting Civil and Hydraulic plans, specifications and technical drawings to plan and execute work accurately

• Testing plumbing systems and components to ensure proper operation and compliance with safety regulations

• Liaising with clients to understand their requirements, provide expert advice, and deliver exceptional customer service

• Ensuring all work sites are left clean, safe and compliant with health and safety regulations

• Collaborating with other tradespeople and team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule

What we're looking for

• Valid plumbing qualification or apprenticeship completed, with current registration with BPC

• Proven experience working as a plumber in residential and commercial settings

• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety standards and regulations applicable to Victoria

• Proficiency with plumbing tools and equipment

• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve complex plumbing issues

• Sound understanding of water supply systems, drainage systems, gas fitting and water heating systems

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills

• Current driver's licence and reliable access to transportation

• Commitment to health and safety practices and maintaining a professional appearance on job sites
