About the role

Triple M Plumbing Group is seeking an experienced Plumber to join our dynamic team in Melbourne, VIC 3000. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of plumbing projects across residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Key responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and fittings in residential and commercial properties

• Great skills in underground plumbing and excavator skills

• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions

• Read and interpret plumbing plans, blueprints, and technical specifications to ensure accurate installations

• Perform preventative maintenance work to ensure optimal system performance and longevity

• Comply with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards on every project

• Respond to emergency call-outs in a timely and professional manner

• Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of work completed and any recommendations

• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each project

• Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace culture

• Keep tools and equipment in good working order and maintain a clean, safe work environment

What we're looking for

• A recognised plumbing qualification or apprenticeship (completed or in progress)

• Current plumbing licence or equivalent certification recognised in Victoria

• Proven experience working as a plumber in residential, commercial, or industrial settings

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and best practices

• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints

• Ability to use standard plumbing tools and equipment competently

• A valid driver's licence with a clean driving record

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• A commitment to health and safety compliance and a proactive approach to identifying hazards

• Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects

• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to shared objectives
