CORPORATE ADVISORY MANAGER – SYDNEY CBD / HYBRID – NATIONAL ADVISORY FIRM (JOB ID 1602)

The Role: 

• Lead and manage corporate advisory engagements across diverse transaction types  

• Deliver business valuations, equity valuations and independent expert reports  

• Manage buy-side and sell-side M&A engagements  

• Oversee financial due diligence, purchase price allocations and IPO-related work  

• Support equity capital raisings, private equity and bank pre-lending engagements  

• Build and strengthen internal and external referral networks  

• Supervise workflow, team performance and technical development  

• Mentor and develop junior to mid-level advisory professionals  

• Partner with Directors and senior stakeholders across strategic projects  

• Deliver advanced financial modelling and commercial analysis  

About You: 

• 6–8+ years’ experience within Chartered / Corporate Finance environments  

• Minimum 4+ years in Corporate Advisory, Transaction Services or Deals  

• Strong experience across valuations, IERs, due diligence and financial modelling  

• CA or equivalent postgraduate qualification completed  

• Advanced technical knowledge of valuation methodologies, accounting standards and legislation  

• Research capability across Capital IQ, IBISWorld, SAI Global or similar platforms  

• Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation and stakeholder management skills  

• Proven leadership capability with team supervision or mentoring experience  

• Strong written and verbal communication with polished client presentation
