SUPERVISOR CORPORATE ADVISORY – SYDNEY /HYBRID – TRANSACTIONS & VALUATIONS - WELL-ESTABLISHED NATIONAL FIRM (JOB ID 1527)

Our client is a well-established national advisory firm with a strong global network, delivering corporate finance, tax, and advisory services to a diverse client base. Their Sydney team is experiencing strong growth and offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced Managers, Directors, and Partners on complex, high-value transactions. 

The Role: 

• Work across a range of corporate advisory engagements including M&A, valuations and due diligence  

• Prepare business and equity valuations, independent expert reports and financial models  

• Support transactions including buy-side/sell-side advisory, capital raisings and IPOs  

• Conduct financial due diligence and analysis for corporate clients  

• Build and manage internal and external referral relationships  

• Collaborate closely with Managers and Partners on client engagements  

About You: 

• 5+ years’ experience in a Chartered firm, with at least 3 years in Corporate Advisory  

• CA qualified (or equivalent postgraduate qualification)  

• Strong technical experience across valuations, due diligence, and financial modelling  

• Exposure to transactions such as M&A, IERs or capital raisings  

• Strong research skills (e.g. Capital IQ, IBISWorld or similar tools)  

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills  

• Commercial mindset with strong analytical capability
