Food Production Worker/Pick Packer

The Role

We're looking for a reliable, full-time, casual staff member to join our production and packing team. You'll play a hands-on role in preparing ingredients, cooking, bottling, labelling, and dispatching orders.

You'll be working Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with opportunities for overtime and potential transition into a full-time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepping ingredients and blending herbs/spices

• Cooking with hot oil (training provided)

• Operating filling and labelling machinery

• Packing orders for dispatch

• Stock organisation and general housekeeping

• Working in hot or cold environments when required

What We're Looking For

• Hospitality or kitchen experience is essential

• Previous food production or factory experience is a big plus

• Forklift license is a bonus but not required

• Strong attention to detail and fast, efficient work style

• Positive attitude, accountability, and eagerness to learn

• Minimum 6-12 months of hospitality or kitchen experience required

• Candidates must have Australian work rights

• Restaurant cooking, cafe/barista, fast food, or catering experience is acceptable
