Due to the growth, we are again expanding our team. We are looking for more team members to join us in our South Australia Office!

Purpose

You will be reporting to the National Manager – People, Learning & Culture, you will work alongside three People, Learning and Culture Coordinators as part of a collaborative national team. You will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, compliance, workforce planning and HR administration while partnering with leaders to deliver an exceptional employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Facilitate new employee inductions.
• Maintain Employment Hero employee records.
• Monitor mandatory compliance and employee documentation.
• Support workforce planning and recruitment activities.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives.
• Assist with probation and performance review processes.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate records.
• Provide HR support to managers and employees.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

• Previous experience in Human Resources, Recruitment or People & Culture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using HR systems (Employment Hero desirable).
• Certificate IV or tertiary qualification in Human Resources (desirable).
• Current Driver's Licence.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• Working With Children Check.
