Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join eSafety Supplies in a full-time capacity, based at our Wetherill Park NSW office. This is a strategic leadership position responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth. As Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our market presence and ensuring our products and services reach the right audience through targeted, innovative campaigns. This position is central to achieving our organisational objectives and strengthening eSafety Supplies' competitive position within the safety and compliance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities

• Managing the planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and social media platforms

• Overseeing brand management and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints

• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats

• Managing marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively, and measuring return on investment for all campaigns

• Leading and mentoring marketing team members, providing guidance on strategy, execution, and professional development

• Collaborating with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure aligned messaging and customer-focused initiatives

• Developing content strategies and overseeing the creation of marketing collateral, including website content, promotional materials, and case studies

• Analysing marketing metrics and KPIs to assess campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

• Managing relationships with external marketing agencies, vendors, and partners as required

What we're looking for

• 5+ years' experience in marketing management roles, ideally within B2B, industrial, safety, or compliance-focused industries

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that have driven measurable business results

• Strong expertise in digital marketing, including social media marketing, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and content management systems

• Excellent knowledge of marketing analytics, data interpretation, and the use of marketing automation platforms

• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences

• Strategic thinking combined with strong project management and organisational abilities

• Experience with marketing budget management and financial planning

• Proficiency in relevant marketing software and tools (CRM systems, analytics platforms, design software)

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline

• Desirable: Experience in the safety, compliance, or occupational health and safety (OHS) sectors
