Baker/Baker's Assistant

Three Loaves Bakehouse is a well-known commercial artisan bakery located in Townsville, North Queensland. We supply a range of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers in the region, as well as selling direct to the public. 

We are seeking a full-time Baker/Baker's Assistant to join our team in Townsville. Candidates must be experienced in the baking industry.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Advanced knowledge of all stages of the baking and patisserie process.

• Understanding of bakery equipment.

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.

• Ability to work shifts with varying start times between 10am and 7pm weekends included.

• Long term position, seasonal workers need not apply.
