Aussizz Group is seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Registered Migration Agent to join our growing Mawson Lakes office.This position is suited to an agent who can independently assess client circumstances, develop practical migration strategies and manage applications from initial consultation through to finalisation. You will work with a supportive team while handling a diverse caseload across skilled, employer-sponsored, student, graduate, partner and family migration pathways.
Key responsibilitiesConduct detailed consultations and assess clients’ migration optionsDevelop clear, compliant and realistic migration strategiesPrepare, lodge and manage visa, nomination and sponsorship applicationsDraft submissions, statements and supporting correspondenceReview supporting documents and identify potential risks or gapsCommunicate with clients throughout the application processLiaise with employers, skills-assessing authorities and relevant government departmentsMaintain accurate case notes, deadlines and records within the company’s CRMKeep up to date with changes to migration legislation, policy and proceduresWork closely with education consultants, case officers and managementMaintain the highest standards of professional conduct, confidentiality and compliance
Essential requirementsCurrent registration with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration AuthorityValid Migration Agent Registration NumberSound knowledge of Australian migration legislation and policyStrong written communication and submission-drafting skillsAbility to independently manage multiple matters and competing deadlinesExcellent attention to detail and document-review skillsProfessional, ethical and client-focused approachAustralian working rights
Highly regardedPrevious experience working as a Registered Migration AgentExperience with employer-sponsored, skilled and family migration mattersExperience managing complex cases or responding to Department requestsAbility to build professional relationships with employers and business clientsAdditional language skills
