107 Coffee Terminal is a busy, well-established café in Capalaba known for serving high-quality coffee, fresh food, and providing outstanding customer service. We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Barista to join our friendly team. Key responsibilities

• Preparing consistently high-quality espresso coffee
• Creating silky textured milk and latte art
• Making cold drinks including frappes, milkshakes, smoothies, fresh juices, mocktails and other café beverages
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Taking customer orders and processing POS transactions
• Assisting with food running and general front-of-house duties when required
• Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked work area
• Working efficiently during busy breakfast and lunch services
• Supporting your teammates to ensure smooth daily operations

About you

• Previous café barista experience is essential
• Confident working on a commercial espresso machine
• Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
• Reliable, honest and punctual
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• High attention to cleanliness and presentation
• Available to work weekdays and weekends
• Able to work as part of a close-knit team
• Looking for long-term employment
