Due to continued growth and increasing client demand, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Conveyancer to join our expanding Property Team.

This newly created position offers an exciting opportunity to become part of a progressive, client-focused firm with a strong reputation in property law and conveyancing. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to settlement.

As part of our collaborative team, you will enjoy ongoing support, mentoring, and supervision from our experienced Senior Property Solicitors, providing opportunities for professional development while ensuring best-practice outcomes for our clients.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing your own conveyancing files and providing a seamless, high-quality service to clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing conveyancing files from start to finish

• Preparing and reviewing contracts and legal documentation

• Liaising with clients, real estate agents, financial institutions, and solicitors

• Conducting property searches and due diligence requirements

• Ensuring all Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Client (KYC), and client due diligence requirements are completed accurately and in accordance with legislative, regulatory, and firm compliance obligations

• Coordinating settlements and ensuring all critical milestones are met within required timeframes

• Providing clear and timely communication to clients throughout their property journey

• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry requirements

• Working collaboratively with senior legal practitioners to achieve positive outcomes for clients

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Previous experience in conveyancing or property law

• Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes and legislation

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Off the plan conveyancing experience

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
