Advanced Rigger

$50–$75 per hour | Long-Term Full-Time Work | Arundel

Boston Built Pty Ltd is a fully integrated commercial builder and developer with our own projects, our own cranes and our own in-house construction crews.

We're currently looking for an experienced Advanced Rigger / Dogman to join our established crane crew on our major Arundel development comprising 115 industrial units.

This isn't a short-term project or a job where you're wondering where the next job is coming from.

We're looking for an experienced, switched-on Advanced Rigger / Dogman who wants to become a key member of our crane crew.

You'll be working across a large scale commercial development, undertaking a wide range of lifting operations including:

• Tilt panel lifting and installation

• Structural steel

• General construction lifts

• Loading and unloading materials

• Crane dogging and rigging

• Complex lifts and site logistics

• Working closely with our crane operators, supervisors and construction teams

• Ensuring all lifting operations are completed safely and efficiently

The successful candidate MUST hold a current Tower Crane Operator High Risk Work Licence (CO).

Your tower crane ticket will see you become our back-up crane driver, providing additional capability and flexibility within our crane crew.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced rigger/dogman who wants to expand their role, take on more responsibility and become a highly valued part of an established in-house crane operation.

$50–$75 per hour, depending on experience, tickets and capability.

• Has strong commercial construction rigging and dogging experience

• Holds a current Advanced Rigging (RA) licence

• Holds a current Dogging (DG) licence

• MUST hold a current Tower Crane Operator (CO) licence

• Has experience with tilt panels and structural steel

• Understands complex lifting operations

• Takes safety seriously

• Can work independently and make good decisions

• Has a strong work ethic

• Is reliable and punctual

• Works well within a team

• Takes pride in their work

• Wants long-term, consistent employment
