About the Role

We are seeking both an experienced and motivated Cook and Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team on the Gold Coast. This is a hands‑on role in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment, ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and takes pride in producing consistent, high‑quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high‑quality meals during busy service periods

• Maintain consistency, speed, and presentation standards across all dishes

• Assist with food preparation, cooking, and service across multiple stations

• Support the team in maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen

• Contribute to daily cleaning, equipment care, and general kitchen maintenance

• Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service

• Preferred: Ability to prepare and cook pizzas to a high standard

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a Chef in a busy kitchen

• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations

• Ability to work efficiently during high‑volume service periods

• Experience with pizza preparation and cooking (highly regarded)

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality
