Merchandiser

About the role

The purpose of this role is to work with a small tight-knit sales team and customers to ensure a high level of service is delivered in line with the expectations of Food Nation. This role is flexible and open to casual or part-time arrangements. We are also willing to work with the right candidate to accommodate studying or working within school hours but must be available to work Tuesday and Friday's each week.

• Help plan, implement and manage product displays instore

• Travel to store locations state-wide as required. KMs are reimbursed

• Conduct in-store demonstrations

• Contribute to achieve team quarterly sales targets. Team bonus paid upon achievement at the end of FY.

• Identify future account opportunities and generate interest for new business

• Act as a point of contact for customers and suppliers, resolving issues and facilitating communication

• Implement merchandising strategies, providing feedback and data to sales team

• Stay informed about competitive products, promotional programs, and best practices in merchandising

About you

• Essential food industry experience required

• Minimum Year 12 education level required
