About the role

We’re looking for an AI Growth Partner who knows how to have great conversations, understand what a business actually needs, and turn that into the right solution.

You’ll own the sales process from the first conversation through to signing the client. You’ll be speaking with business owners and leaders, understanding their challenges, and showing them how BusinessAI can help them save time, improve their margins and grow.

The good news? You won’t be starting from scratch. You’ll have warm leads coming from events, webinars, campaigns and our SDR team, with plenty of opportunity to build your own pipeline too.

This isn’t about pushing the biggest package or making a quick sale. We want someone who can genuinely understand the customer, recommend what’s right for them, and build relationships that last.

What you’ll be doing

• Have conversations with business owners and understand what they really need
• Guide prospects through the sales process from first chat to signed agreement
• Recommend the right BusinessAI program or membership for each client
• Follow up with warm leads and create your own opportunities
• Present on Zoom, one-on-one and at events or webinars
• Keep your pipeline up to date and stay on top of your targets
• Work closely with our Consulting and Product teams to make sure clients have a smooth handover
• Share what you’re hearing from customers to help us improve our offers

What we’re looking for

You’ll ideally have 5+ years of B2B or service-based sales experience, particularly selling consulting, professional services, subscriptions or memberships.

More importantly, you’ll be someone who:

• Is confident speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers
• Knows how to ask good questions and actually listen to the answers
• Can explain something complicated in a simple, relatable way
• Is comfortable selling through conversations rather than hard-selling
• Understands that a great sale is one where the customer gets a great outcome too
• Is comfortable using CRMs and technology
• Is curious about AI and excited about where it can take businesses
• Is motivated, proactive and enjoys working in a fast-moving environment
