Employment type: Full-time (No Late Nights/Every 2nd Saturday off) or Part-time 2 days per week

Salary: $40 - $46 per Hour + Superannuation

The One Clinic Agency is proud to partner with The Derm Lab in Malvern to recruit an experienced Dermal Clinician.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate skin professional to join an established cosmetic medicine clinic known for advanced technology, evidence-based treatment planning and highly personalised client care.

Working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team, you’ll have the time, technology and support to create meaningful treatment plans and deliver visible, long-term results.

The Opportunity

As a Dermal Clinician, you’ll guide clients through every stage of their skin journey—from their initial consultation and treatment planning through to ongoing care and results.

You will:

• Conduct thorough, personalised skin consultations

• Assess skin concerns and develop tailored treatment plans

• Perform advanced dermal, laser and energy-based treatments

• Educate clients on treatment options, skincare and long-term skin health

• Build trusted, ongoing client relationships

• Deliver treatment protocols safely, precisely and consistently

• Collaborate with doctors, nurses and fellow dermal clinicians

• Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and clinical excellence

Treatments and Technology

You’ll work across an extensive range of advanced treatments and medical-grade technologies, including:

• CO₂ laser resurfacing

• Laser Genesis and Q-switched laser

• Secret RF and RF microneedling

• Ultraformer III and HIFU

• IPL

• Skin needling

• Advanced peels and medical-grade facials

• LED light therapy

Experience with Cryolipolysis, Emsculpt NEO or Emsella will be highly regarded; however, ongoing training will be provided.

About You

You combine strong clinical knowledge with warmth, professionalism and an exceptional approach to client care.

You will bring:

• A Degree in Dermal Science

• At least two years’ experience within a clinical or premium skin environment

• Sound knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology and cosmetic ingredients

• Experience delivering advanced dermal and laser treatments

• Strong consultation and treatment-planning skills

• A confident, polished and professional presence

• Excellent communication and client-education skills

• A genuine commitment to skin health, ongoing learning and outstanding results

Knowledge of Rationale, Dermocosmetica, Aspect, Aspect Dr, Société or Cosmedix will be highly regarded.
