Dermal Clinician

About the role

Liberty Belle Skin Centre is seeking a passionate and skilled Dermal Clinician to join their team in Toorak, which provides up-to-date and effective skin treatments to patients using state-of-the-art technology and a wide range of modern equipment and therapies. This full-time position offers the opportunity to bring your experience and passion for dermal therapies to provide exceptional skin treatments and clinical care to clients. As part of the Liberty Belle family, you will also take part in ongoing training to up-skill.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive skin assessments and consultations to develop customised treatment plans for clients

• Perform a range of advanced skin treatments and clinical procedures a range of laser and radiofrequency treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion and other cosmetic skin treatments

• Educate clients on proper skin care routines and product recommendations to achieve their desired results

• Maintain detailed client records and ensure strict compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

• Collaborate with the wider team to provide a seamless and exceptional client experience

About you

• Dermal Therapy qualification (eg. Vic Uni) preferred

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar skin therapy or dermal clinician role performing microdermabrasion, laser and other skin treatments

• Comprehensive knowledge of skin anatomy, common skin conditions, skin care ingredients and advanced skin care treatments

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, professional services

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients

• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently as required
