About the Role:

• Ensure prompt delivery of vehicles to clients, providing efficient and reliable service.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Assist in coordinating vehicle logistics, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
• Prepare vehicles for hire, including thorough detailing of both the interior and exterior.
• Support new client onboarding, ensuring they have all the necessary information and assistance.
• Experience the excitement of driving a variety of high-quality vehicles!

  
About You:

• Valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel locally (Essential).
• Willingness to support branches in Hoppers Crossing and/or Oakleigh South (Desirable).
• Ordinary hours vary between 7:00am-9:00pm Monday to Sunday with 8 hour shifts. Must have the capacity to work a 40 hour work week.
• Flexibility to support weekend operations is highly regarded.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a team-based environment.
