Are you a detail-orientated Project Coordinator looking to play a pivotal role in a major transition program? We are seeking an organised professional to support effective planning, monitoring, and communication across complex project activities, keeping key stakeholders aligned and initiatives on track.

1) What You Will Do:

• Maintain and coordinate integrated schedules using Microsoft Project to track program milestones.

• Create high-quality visualisations including "Plan on a Page" formats in Visio, program roadmaps, and executive dashboards.

• Assist with updating resource allocations, maintaining financial forecasts, and monitoring project budgets.

• Administer SharePoint environments and publish clear, accurate, and timely project communications.

• Provide comprehensive administrative and governance support to the Project Leadership team.

2) What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Coordinator supporting large-scale programs or business transitions.

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project for integrated schedule management.

• Strong skills in visual reporting, including creating roadmaps and "Plan on a Page" documents using Visio.

• Hands-on experience administering SharePoint platforms and coordinating internal project communications.

• Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to assist with financial forecasting and resource tracking.
