Club Supervisor

About the role

As Club Supervisor, you will take responsibility for the Club's day-to-day operations during your shift. You will be a visible leader on the floor, supporting our teams, making decisions, managing operational issues and ensuring our members and guests receive a consistently high level of service. You will gain experience across our Gaming, Reception, Food & Beverage, Bars, functions, promotions and entertainment operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Club's daily operations during your shift

• Provide direction, support and coaching to operational teams

• Manage customer enquiries, complaints and service recovery

• Ensure high standards of member and guest service

• Oversee gaming operations, cash handling and large payouts

• Monitor responsible gambling, RSA and regulatory compliance

• Manage incidents, emergencies, security and WHS matters

• Monitor staffing and make operational decisions throughout the shift

• Complete shift reports and provide clear operational handovers

• Support Club promotions, functions, events and major trading periods

About you

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience

• Strong hospitality and customer service experience

• Confidence making decisions and managing challenging situations

• Excellent communication and people skills

• A professional and solutions-focused approach

• Strong operational awareness

• Current RSA and ARCG qualifications

• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends
