Registered & Licensed Clubs Supervisor -Casino RSM Group

The Casino RSM Group is seeking a reliable and experienced Supervisor to join our team.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a solid background in clubs, hospitality, gaming, or licensed venues who enjoys leading by example and supporting staff to deliver outstanding customer service.

As a supervisor, you will work closely with management and frontline staff to ensure smooth daily operations, excellent service standards, and compliance with club policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise staff during daily operations and busy trading periods

• Provide support and guidance to team members across club departments

• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained

• Handle customer enquiries and minor complaints professionally

• Assist with opening and closing procedures

• Promote a safe, clean and welcoming environment for members and guests

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a registered club, hotel, hospitality or licensed venue

• Demonstrated experience leading or supervising staff

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A positive, professional and team-focused attitude

• The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment

Essential Requirements

• Current NSW RSA

• Current NSW ARCG

• Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends
