At Liviti, we’re transforming how everyday Australians enter property investment. As our Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be the heartbeat of the client journey, guiding them from first commitment to contract and beyond, making sure they feel informed, supported, and excited every step of the way.
You won’t just answer questions. You’ll build trust, create confidence, and help clients take one of the biggest steps of their financial lives.
Be the friendly, reliable point of contact clients depend on.
Guide them through key milestones, provide updates, and make the process feel effortless.
Support property presentations and client-facing touchpoints with clarity and care.
Keep deals moving by managing deadlines, follow-ups, and milestone completions.
Coordinate with solicitors, builders, developers, and internal teams to keep everything on track.
Track deposits, amendments, payments, and contract status with accuracy.
Prepare property packs, contracts, and re-sale documents.
Maintain meticulous CRM and database entries.
Ensure every file is complete, compliant, and ready for audit.
Support the sales team with the materials, updates, and information they need to shine.
Assist with administrative tasks that help the entire operation run smoothly.
Experience in property, property finance, mortgage broking support, settlements, or similar.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy managing multiple moving parts.
You are proactive, detail-focused, and always thinking ahead.
Communication is your superpower, both clear and reassuring.
