Marketing and Events Coordinator

About the role

Mount Majura Vineyard is seeking a motivated and energetic Marketing and Events Coordinator to implement and refine marketing and events operations. Working with a small dedicated team, you'll have the ability to make a real impact on brand awareness and customer loyalty. You are a creative and competent digital content creator who will run social media accounts, web pages and email accounts to grow the Mount Majura fan base. You are the critical link between the cellar door, wine club members and the public. Along with managing digital media, you will design and develop printed collateral products such as event and promotional material. Planning and executing on and off-site events for both members and the general public, you will be active from creation and planning through to hosting the events alongside the cellar door team. This requires some evening and weekend work throughout the year. You will work closely with Sales and Cellar Door Managers to support their roles in growing the premium wine business.

Key responsibilities

• Run social media accounts, web pages and email accounts to grow the Mount Majura fan base

• Design and develop printed collateral products including event and promotional material, signage and other printed materials

• Plan and execute on and off-site events for both members and the general public

• Host events alongside the cellar door team

• Work closely with Sales and Cellar Door Managers to support growing the premium wine business

• Contribute to the cellar door team and understand its role in the yearly events program

About you

• You a natural people person with a love of food and wine, and enjoy sharing these with others.

• Digital media skills and content development come easily to you

• Eye for detail and ability to envisage and plan event experiences, both small and large scale

• Understanding of digital tools including CRM's, Wordpress, Canva and Klavio is an advantage

• Ability to work with limited supervision and achieve targets and goals

• Qualifications/Experience in Marketing or Events Management an advantage
