We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Marketing, Sales & Events Co-Ordinator to join our team to promote our Yarra Valley hospitality business and bring our events to life.

About The Role

Reporting to the Administration Manager, this is a hands-on and varied role supporting the implementation of De Bortoli Wines' marketing strategy at our Yarra Valley Estate. The Marketing, Sales & Events Co-Ordinator will play a key role in promoting our hospitality offerings, coordinating engaging events and supporting local marketing initiatives, while providing exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating digital marketing and social media activities
• Developing and running events
• Developing and distributing creative marketing materials
• Supporting PR and marketing communications
• Providing exceptional customer service and customer interaction
• Supporting the Hospitality team with the development and implementation of marketing plans, digital strategies and promotions
  

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and wine, energetic and hands-on. You will show a genuine enthusiasm for marketing, running events and creating exceptional customer experiences. You will have strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks at once. A creative approach, excellent event management skills and a willingness to think outside the box are essential, along with a genuine customer-focused mindset and enthusiasm for taking on new challenges.
