What You’ll Bring:
✅ A genuine passion for working with children
✅ A nurturing, respectful approach to children and families
✅ Confidence in creating meaningful learning experiences and documentation
✅ Ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
✅ Understanding of EYLF, NQS, and child safety practices (or willingness to learn)
✅ A warm personality and a can-do, team-first attitude

For Educators:

• Certificate III or Diploma (ACECQA approved)

• Experience working in early childhood education

For Trainees:

• A willingness to study and complete a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care while you work

• Eagerness to learn and grow with our team

Essentials:
ACECQA-approved Cert III or Diploma (or willingness to study for Trainees)
Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or willingness to obtain one
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates or willingness to complete
A strong commitment to child safety and high-quality care
