About the Role

As an Educator, you’ll play an important role in creating a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment where children feel a strong sense of belonging, are encouraged to explore their interests and are supported to develop their confidence, independence and love of learning.

What You’ll Do

• Build genuine, trusting and respectful relationships with children, families and your team

• Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity and discovery

• Support each child’s individual development, interests, strengths and learning journey

• Contribute to meaningful observations, learning stories and documentation

• Create a welcoming, inclusive and stimulating environment where every child feels valued

• Work collaboratively with a passionate team to provide high-quality education and care

• Engage positively with families and contribute to strong family partnerships

• Follow the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and contribute to continuous improvement

• Help create a fun, positive and supportive atmosphere where children and educators can thrive

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, warmth and a genuine passion for working with children.

You will be:

• Passionate about early childhood education and making a difference

• A positive and reliable team player

• A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with children and families

• Creative and enthusiastic about play-based learning

• Committed to providing high-quality education and care

• Respectful of each child’s individuality, culture, interests and abilities

• Eager to learn, grow and develop professionally

You will also have:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or be working towards an approved qualification

• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certifications, as applicable

• A valid Working with Children Check

• A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing
