Warehouse Operator

We’re looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our team supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our mining and logistics supply chain. This role plays an important part in ensuring materials, freight and inventory move seamlessly through our Distribution Centre in Guilford.

Working a 7 days on / 7 days off roster (12-hour shifts, 6:00am – 6:00pm), this is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse or logistics experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What your day will look like
As a Warehouse Operator, you will support daily warehouse and distribution operations including:

• Receipting purchase orders and managing inbound freight

• Picking, packing and dispatching materials

• Stock control and participation in stock takes

• Loading and unloading linehaul and courier freight

• Forklift and general yard operations

• Processing back freight and returns

• Coordinating urgent freight when required

You’ll work closely with the Distribution Centre team, logistics coordinators, purchasing team and site personnel to ensure materials are delivered accurately and on time.

What we are looking for
To be successful in this role you will bring:

• Previous warehouse, logistics or mining supply chain experience

• Fork-lift and C Class Drivers Licence

• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy

• Intermediate computer skills

• Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)

• Good problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Certificate IV in Warehousing Operations (highly desirable)
