TRACKS Integrated Services is seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse & Operations Officer on behalf of one of our valued clients in Darwin.

About the Role
Working alongside the Operations Manager, you'll support the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse. This is a hands-on role offering plenty of variety, with responsibilities across warehouse operations, customer service and administration.

Working Hours

• Full-time, 38 hours per week
• Flexible start times (typically 6:00am, 7:30am or 8:30am) based on operational requirements
• Advance notice of rosters provided

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and dispatch freight
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders
• Load and unload vehicles safely
• Maintain inventory and complete stock transactions
• Conduct cycle counts and stocktakes
• Book freight and prepare delivery documentation
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Assist with delivery scheduling
• Support daily warehouse operations and identify process improvements

About You
 
You'll ideally have experience in:

• Warehousing, logistics or transport
• Customer service or administration
• Inventory management

You'll also have:

• Strong communication and computer skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• A positive, proactive attitude
• The ability to work independently and within a team
• A current Driver Licence

Desirable:

• Forklift Licence
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
