Floor & Bar Staff – Riverland

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food and beverage service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take their orders
• Prepare and serve food and beverages
• Ensure that all food and beverages are served in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
