About the Role

We are seeking multiple skilled Formwork Carpenters for ongoing work on local construction projects across the Perth Metro area, including high-rise apartments and shopping centers. This is a great opportunity to join a project-focused team working on large-scale commercial and industrial developments.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, assemble, and install formwork components (including in-situ walls, columns, stairs, and decks) according to plans and specifications.

• Read and interpret construction drawings and plans accurately.

• Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and small plant equipment.

• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, procedures, and regulations.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

• Carpentry Apprenticeship or Certificate III in Carpentry.

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar Formwork Carpenter role.

• Experience with curved walls will be highly regarded.

• Valid Construction Induction Card (White Card).

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans effectively.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Physically fit, capable of manual handling, and comfortable with labour-intensive tasks.

• Full work rights in Australia.

• Reliable with a positive "can-do" attitude.
