Operations Officer

We’re on the lookout for a hands-on Operations Officer to support our busy warehouse and logistics team.

🌟 About the Role

You'll work closely with the Operations Manager to keep our warehouse running smoothly. From managing daily stock flow to assisting with sales order checks and liaising with clients and suppliers, no two days will look the same. You’ll play a key role in ensuring timely order dispatch, accurate stock records, and outstanding service delivery.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Support warehouse efficiency and productivity alongside the management team

• Assist the sales team with order amendments and back-order checks

• Manage daily flow of goods (inbound shipments & outbound dispatch)

• Conduct stock takes and maintain accurate inventory levels

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport partners to ensure smooth logistics

• Work with warehouse operators to guarantee timely order preparation

• Report and escalate any issues, problems, or complaints

💡 What You’ll Bring

• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations (Diploma in Logistics desirable)

• Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task

• Proficiency with logistics software, WMS, Microsoft Office Suite & Google Workspace

• Experience with Dropbox and ability to quickly learn new systems

• Great communication skills and problem-solving ability

• Forklift licence (preferred) & open driver’s licence
