Logistics Officer

We’re looking for a hands-on, switched-on Logistics Officer to join our Dispatch team. If you like a role that keeps you on your feet and off autopilot, this is for you. You'll split your time between the warehouse floor and the dispatch desk, keeping our supply chain moving and taking key admin off our frontline managers so they can focus on supporting the team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Dispatch & Outbound: Pack, label, and send out daily retail and wholesale orders with high attention to detail. Work with our freight partners and couriers to get the best routes and schedules.

• Warehouse & Stock Support: Unload and check incoming raw materials, log invoices accurately, put away stock, and help out with regular cycle counts to keep our inventory tight.

• Production & Inventory Admin: Keep an eye on raw material levels so production never grinds to a halt. Use CIN7 to enter assembly schedules, hand off jobs to the cutting team, and log finished goods.

• Customer & Freight Issues: Be the go-to person for tracking updates and delivery delays. Take ownership of returns, exchanges, and freight complaints, turning them around quickly and smoothly.

• General Support: Run production output reports and jump in to staff the onsite shop when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years in logistics, dispatch, or warehousing (manufacturing or e-commerce background is a big plus).

• Tech Skills: Comfortable using inventory systems like CIN7, e-commerce platforms like Shopify, and freight tools like Shippit, FedEx, or Direct Freight.

• Proactive Mindset: You don't wait for someone else to spot a delay or a low stock warning—you step up and fix it.

• Great Communication: Clear, friendly, and professional whether you're emailing a customer or chatting with a freight supplier.

• Physically Active: Happy being on your feet in the warehouse and capable of lifting boxes up to 15–20kg.
