CHEF DE PARTIE Positions: Chef de partie Name of the Business: Delisio Pty Ltd T/A Delisio Pizza Romana Salary: $75,000.00 to $83,000.00 p/year plus superannuation Type: Permanent, Full Time Description: Delisio Pizza Romana in Subiaco is an Italian restaurant specialized in Roman style pizza. The restaurant is currently seeking a Chef de partie with at least 3 years of experience in the same role. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in the same role and be able to:

• Assist the owner/head chef in the smooth running of the kitchen;
• Plan menus and estimating food requirements in conjunction with and under the supervision of the owner/head chef
• Estimate costs and determine prices of the dishes
• Organize and order the required food suppliers as food ingredients
• Stock control
• Examining foodstuffs to ensure quality ?

• Liaise with suppliers in order to ensure the best quality of the dishes
• Maintain stock of all ingredients in regular manner and storing food
• Prepare, cook and serve quality dishes in a efficient and consistent manner
• Supervise the presentation of the dishes
• Enforcing and maintaining hygiene procedures.
• Ensure that all ingredients adhere to safety standards.
• Ensure that the quality of raw ingredients and cooked food are up to standard
• Liaise and respond to the owner
• Assist the owner/head chef in train and supervise kitchen staff
