Paid Media Specialist

• Support the execution of paid media campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, Video, Paid Social and emerging digital channels.
• Manage campaigns end-to-end from briefing and planning through to activation, optimisation and reporting, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and aligned to business objectives.
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for agency partners, providing clear briefs, managing timelines, reviewing recommendations and ensuring campaigns are executed to a high standard.
• Partner with the Paid Media Lead and broader team to translate media strategy into actionable campaign plans and channel activity.
• Develop campaign briefs, asset requirements and timelines for Creative and Brand teams, ensuring channel-specific best practices and media requirements are clearly communicated.
• Coordinate the delivery of creative assets across both always-on (BAU) activity and key campaign moments, ensuring all deadlines are met and campaigns launch seamlessly.
• Monitor campaign performance and work closely with agency partners to identify optimisation opportunities that improve campaign effectiveness and deliver against key business KPIs.
• Analyse campaign and channel performance, identifying trends, insights and opportunities, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Support budget management, forecast tracking and campaign pacing to ensure media investment is managed effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Ecommerce, CRM, Brand and Creative to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and cohesive guest experiences.
• Prepare regular performance reporting and post-campaign analysis, clearly communicating results, learnings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay informed on industry trends, platform developments and emerging digital advertising opportunities, sharing relevant insights with the wider team.
• Test new and innovative advertising formats and tactics to drive growth and revenue for our eCommerce channel.
