About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing team at Hismile.

This is a hands-on role for someone with experience across digital marketing and paid media who is confident working across platforms, analysing performance and identifying opportunities to drive growth.

You’ll play a key role in executing and scaling paid campaigns across global markets, diving deep into platform optimisation, creative testing and performance analysis.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing, Creative and Digital teams to help drive performance across Hismile’s digital channels and contribute to the growth of a fast-moving global consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Media Execution & Optimisation

• Support the planning, launching, and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and emerging platforms.
• Collaborate with creative teams to test content variations and landing pages to improve key metrics like CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
• Conduct regular performance audits, implement A/B tests, and provide insights on campaign effectiveness.
• Liaise with external partners, media buyers, and platforms to ensure campaigns are executed on time and budget.

2. Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Assist in tracking daily ad performance across platforms using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Shopify dashboards.
• Create clear, data-backed reports that help inform decisions around creative strategy, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
• Identify optimisation opportunities and support in scaling winning campaigns.

3. Campaign Coordination

• Coordinate asset delivery and scheduling across global paid campaigns.
• Support broader digital initiatives such as email marketing, influencer activations, and product launches.
• Manage internal calendars and ensure alignment between paid media and other brand touch points.
