About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a performance-driven Junior Paid Media Specialist with a passion for paid advertising to join our growing Marketing team at Hismile.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in executing and scaling paid campaigns across global markets, diving deep into platform optimisation, creative testing, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Media Execution & Optimisation

• Support the planning, launching, and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and emerging platforms.
• Collaborate with creative teams to test content variations and landing pages to improve key metrics like CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
• Conduct regular performance audits, implement A/B tests, and provide insights on campaign effectiveness.
• Liaise with external partners, media buyers, and platforms to ensure campaigns are executed on time and budget.

2. Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Assist in tracking daily ad performance across platforms using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Shopify dashboards.
• Create clear, data-backed reports that help inform decisions around creative strategy, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
• Identify optimisation opportunities and support in scaling winning campaigns.

3. Campaign Coordination

• Coordinate asset delivery and scheduling across global paid campaigns.
• Support broader digital initiatives such as email marketing, influencer activations, and product launches. 
• Manage internal calendars and ensure alignment between paid media and other brand touchpoints.
