Paid Media Specialist

Hello Molly is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our Marketing team and help drive the performance and growth of our global paid social channels.

With a strong focus on Meta and TikTok, you’ll take ownership of campaign performance, optimisation, creative testing and reporting. Working closely with our CMO and Digital Performance Manager, CMO, CRO, agency partners and Creative and Social teams, you’ll turn data into actionable insights that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

You Will:

• Own day-to-day paid social performance across Meta, Pinterest and TikTok.
• Analyse and optimise campaigns across audiences, budgets, creative and markets.
• Oversee the performance of Pixel and Catalogue activity through platform systems.
• Manage Pinterest campaigns end-to-end, from campaign builds through to optimisation and reporting.
• Work closely with our media agency to drive strategy, performance and ongoing optimisation.
• Monitor key metrics including ROAS, CAC/CPA, CTR, CPM and conversion.
• Lead paid social creative testing, identifying winning concepts, hooks, formats and products.
• Turn performance insights into clear creative briefs for our Creative and Social teams.
• Identify opportunities to scale performance and improve marketing efficiency.
• Stay ahead of platform updates, competitor activity and emerging paid social trends.

You’ll Have:

• 4+ years’ experience in paid media or performance marketing, ideally within ecommerce or retail.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest, and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong Martech management and optimisation skills
• Commercial and analytical mindset with confidence turning data into action.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce and paid media performance metrics.
• Experience working with agencies and internal creative teams.
• Canva and Capcut experience is highly preferred – although not essential
• Proactive, curious and comfortable taking ownership.
• Highly organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience across Google Ads, GA4, Shopify or TikTok Shop is a bonus.
