We are currently seeking an energetic and passionate individual to join our National team as a Claims Consultant. Working in a team of Claims Specialists, you will ‎‎be part of a ‎supportive team pursuing excellence in customer service.

As a Club Marine Claims Consultant, you'll be there to assist our customers when they need us most. You will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and strive to meet our customer's expectations by ensuring a professional and courteous experience is delivered to every customer.

About The Role

Processing all incoming insurance claims in accordance with legislative requirementsProvide timely and effective responses to customer enquiries,Develop customer relationships, understand customer requirements, and deliver a positive trusted customer experience.Deliver consistent and appropriate high level of customer service at all touch points

About You

Demonstrate enthusiasm and ability to optimise business value to customers by delivering a positive customer experience to sustain and enhance the customer base.Technical knowledge of relevant lines of insurance and associated legislation.Excellent verbal and written communication skills,Proactive approaches to problem solving with strong decision-making capabilities.Ability to recognise, avert, manage and escalate conflictsHigh attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracyAbility to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.General knowledge of Boats will be highly regardedA passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
