contracts administrator - commercial fit out

Our client is a well-established commercial construction company specialising in high-quality fit-out and refurbishment projects across Brisbane. With a strong reputation and a growing pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts and variations
• Review progress claims and payment schedules
• Manage project cost tracking and forecasting
• Prepare contractual correspondence and documentation
• Assist with tendering, procurement and project close-out

Experience & Qualification

• 3+ years experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial construction
• Commercial fit-out or refurbishment experience in Australia is highly regarded
• Strong understanding of subcontract administration and commercial processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a project team
