As part of this continued expansion, we are seeking a Senior Building Manager to oversee a prestigious residential development in the Sydney CBD.

About the Role

As the Senior Building Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a high-end residential property, ensuring the highest standards of building operations, maintenance, compliance, and resident satisfaction.

You will be the key point of contact for residents, contractors, and the Strata Committee, delivering a seamless living experience while maintaining strong operational performance.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Building and Facilities Management

• A genuine passion for the Building and Facilities Management industry

• Strong technical knowledge across building systems and operations

• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with residents and stakeholders

• Experience interpreting budgets, financial reports, and managing operational expenditure

• Comprehensive understanding of residential strata schemes and maintenance management

• Sound knowledge of compliance requirements and WHS obligations relating to contractors, strata, and residential buildings

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong sense of initiative

• Ambition to grow and develop your career within the industry

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
