Personal Support Workers

• 2-4 Hour fixed shifts - start at 6am or finish at 10pm
• Buddy shifts and all training provided
• Fixed roster - work around study or another role

About the Role
As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide direct, in-home support to clients living with acquired spinal cord injuries, helping them maintain independence and quality of life. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Personal Care including grooming, bathing, dressing and oral hygiene
• Assisting with transfers using hoists
• Toileting support, including bladder and bowel management
• Light domestic support such as meal preparation, cleaning and laundry

About You
We are looking for dedicated people who:

• Communicate clearly and build genuine connections with clients
• Can commit to a fixed fortnightly roster
• Hold a current driver's licence and have access to a reliable vehicle
• Hold, or willing to obtain, an NDIS Workers Screening Card and Working with Children Card
• Have relevant experience or qualifications in disability, nursing or community care is highly regarded
