Duty Manager – Immediate Start

Tracy Village Social & Sports Club is seeking an experienced and motivated Duty Manager to join our team for an immediate start.

This is a hands-on leadership role supporting the Club Manager in the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the venue. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, leads by example, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests

• Oversee daily shift operations and staff supervision

• Manage stock control and venue procedures

• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements

• Support gaming, TAB and bar operations in line with legislation and club policies

• Maintain a positive and professional team environment

Applicants must have:

• Experience performing duties equivalent to a Level A Manager under the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award 2010

• Current Gaming Industry Employee Licence

• Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) certification

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification

• TAB Sellers Accreditation

• Cash Control Accreditation

• Knowledge of the Gambling Code of Conduct

• Experience with and understanding of the Self-Exclusion Program

• Understanding of liquor licensing requirements within a club environment

• Experience supervising staff in a shift-based hospitality setting

• Ability to work under pressure and lead a collaborative team

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
