Stuck in a new car sales role and not earning what you should be?

Key responsibilities:

• Manage customer enquiries from first contact through to delivery

• Sell quality used light commercial and 4x4 vehicles

• Build long-term customer relationships

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience

👤 About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Automotive Sales or Fleet Sales experience

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• A customer-focused mindset

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Strong time management and problem-solving skills

• Positive and professional attitude

• Current Australian manual driver’s licence

• Current Queensland Motor Sales Licence (essential)
