Earn $90,000 – $125,000+ OTE | Strong Base + Uncapped Commission

About the Role

Car Sales Express is seeking an experienced and motivated Car Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Ringwood and Kilsyth. This full-time role involves assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing journey, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that suit their needs and budget

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives

• Follow up sales leads and enquiries promptly

• Negotiate and close vehicle sales professionally

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team success

About You

• Minimum 2 years' experience in automotive sales

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

• Professional presentation and positive attitude

• Excellent negotiation and closing skills

• Current Victorian Driver's Licence
