💼 About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a friendly, proactive, and adaptable Medical Receptionist to join our team—offering a full-time opportunity across our Nambour and Noosa clinics.

You’ll support patients and clinical teams through your organisation, empathy and attention to detail.

☀️ A Day In The Life At SCR

Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalismManaging bookings, phones and patient enquiriesProcessing accounts and billing (Medicare, private health, etc.)Supporting our clinical teams dailyHandling confidential medical information with careLiaising with referrers, doctors and patients about appointments/resultsAttending training and team meetings

You’re calm, positive and love helping people in a busy healthcare environment. You’ll bring:

Previous experience in Medical/Dental/Allied Health/Radiology receptionKnowledge of medical terminologyStrong computer & booking system skillsExcellent communication & presentationA professional, respectful and team-focused attitude
