About the Role

As an Approvals & Construction Consultant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the progression of our clients' homes from pre-construction through to handover. You'll coordinate statutory approvals, work closely with internal departments, and provide an outstanding customer experience throughout the building process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate Planning, Building Code (BCA), Building Permit and Developer approvals.

• Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring they're informed throughout the approvals and construction process.

• Liaise with Sales Consultants, Site Supervisors and internal departments to ensure projects progress smoothly.

• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and approvals records.

• Assist with general administration duties and provide reception support when required.

• Coordinate client handovers, including the preparation of warranty documentation, keys and handover packs.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent client experiences.

For the Prestart Consultant role:

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

• Previous experience (minimum 12 months) within the residential project home building industry.

• A solid understanding of residential construction documentation, including building plans, contracts, addenda and variations.

• Strong organisational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine commitment to customer service.

• The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn internal systems.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
