Branch Manager – Licensed Conveyancer or Property Lawyer

About the role

Settlement Box is seeking a Branch Manager – Licensed Conveyancer or Property Lawyer to lead and manage our Bunbury office. This is a full-time position based in Bunbury, WA 6230. As Branch Manager, you will oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of conveyancing matters.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Bunbury branch office, overseeing day-to-day conveyancing

• Supervise and mentor staff and support personnel, providing guidance on technical and professional matters

• Handle complex conveyancing transactions for residential, commercial, rural and industrial properties

• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and professional standards applicable to conveyancing practice

• Review and quality-assure conveyancing files and legal documentation prepared by team members

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and other key stakeholders

• Report to senior management on branch performance, challenges and opportunities

What we're looking for

• Current Licensed Conveyancer or Property Lawyer registration in Western Australia

• Minimum 5–7 years' experience in conveyancing and property law practice

• Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, rural and industrial conveyancing transactions

• Excellent understanding of land titles legislation and conveyancing procedures in Western Australia

• Strong business development and client relationship management skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• High level of attention to detail and commitment to professional standards

• Experience with Realtime Conveyancer, Pexa, Easy AML and Conveyancing conceirge (preferred)

• Knowledge of risk management and compliance
