Floor Manager - Woodcut

The Role

Woodcut is seeking an experienced and passionate hospitality professional to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a management role at one of Sydney’s most highly regarded restaurants, working alongside a talented and supportive team.

Key Selection Criteria

• Demonstrated management experience in a high-end dining venue

• Must be available on evenings and weekends

• Proven ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced service environment

• Strong leadership skills, with experience training and developing large teams

• Passion for hospitality, creativity, and contributing to the continued evolution of Woodcut

• Exceptional personal presentation in line with a premium dining environment

• Outstanding guest engagement and communication skills

• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster

• Solid product knowledge and operational management skills

• A current (or ability to obtain) NSW RSA Certificate
