This is an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate Accountant to join their Toowoomba office, working closely with highly experienced professionals while gaining exposure to a diverse client base across multiple industries. You will further develop your technical expertise, strengthen client relationships, and build your long-term career within a collaborative and well-supported environment. 

The Role: 

• Prepare financial statements, tax returns and compliance work for a broad client portfolio 

• Build and maintain strong client relationships while liaising directly with clients 

• Support taxation and business advisory services across diverse industries 

• Work closely with senior accountants and Directors to develop technical capability 

• Assist with client accounting software solutions including Xero, MYOB and Reckon 

• Contribute positively within a collaborative team environment 

• Continue building technical, professional, and client management skills 

About You: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Accounting or related discipline 

• 2–3 years’ experience within Australian public practice accounting 

• CPA or CA qualified, or actively working towards completion 

• Strong client relationship and communication skills 

• Experience with Xero, MYOB and Reckon 

• Team-focused with a proactive and positive attitude 

• Strong commitment to professional development and long-term career growth
