Personal Assistant (School Hours) | West End

Monday to Thursday | 9:00am – 2:00pm (20 hours per week) negotiable
Approximately $30.00 per hour + superannuation

Our client is a well-established Brisbane consultancy with a great reputation and a small, friendly team. We are looking for an organised and proactive Personal Assistant who enjoys helping people, keeping things running smoothly and being the person everyone can rely on.

This is a genuine school hours role, perfect for someone looking for work-life balance while still wanting a varied and rewarding position.

Located in the heart of West End, the office is easily accessible by public transport and surrounded by cafés and restaurants.

About the Role

Working closely with the founder, you'll become her right-hand person, providing a mix of business and personal support to help keep each day running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing emails, calendars and appointments
• General administration and document management
• Banking, receipts and record keeping
• Liaising with clients and suppliers
• Following up tasks and keeping things on track
• Assisting with social media content and posting
• Helping organise the office and supporting the wider team
• Making coffees for the team
• Assisting with occasional personal tasks and errands
• Pitching in wherever needed

No two days will be the same, so we're looking for someone who enjoys variety and is happy to roll up their sleeves.
